These areas have the highest concentration of tech employees, with 27.4% of apartments occupied by tech workers. Other popular neighborhoods include those around Rothschild Boulevard. The preference for these areas explains the high prices of office leases nearby. Givatayim has the highest concentration of tech employees in the country, followed by Tel Aviv. Haifa, known as the 'Silicon Valley' of chip companies in Israel, has a relatively low rate of tech employees.
