Eight Israeli troops were killed in fighting with Hezbollah in Lebanon. Hezbollah accuses Israel of targeting civilian buildings, while Israel claims the group hides weapons in residential areas. US and Israeli officials believe that half of Hezbollah's arsenal has been destroyed and its leadership dismantled. However, a Hezbollah spokesman stated that the resistance is swiftly recovering its strength and will inflict defeat upon the Israeli enemy if they cross into Lebanon.
