Lebanon's emergency workers have paid a deadly price amid Israeli bombing, with more than 85 staff killed and over 150 wounded. Israeli forces struck the Baraachit Emergency Centre, killing at least 10 firefighters. The firefighters had been facing a dilemma as they were not allowed to conduct missions due to Israeli forces targeting their vehicles. Some firefighters decided to split up, but unfortunately, an Israeli air strike destroyed the building where they were staying. The Lebanese health ministry denounced the strike as a 'massacre' and the remains of several firefighters are still under the debris.
