Hezbollah generates funds for activities under the guise of a non-profit: Israeli officials

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have revealed new intelligence about Hezbollah's financial network, exposing how the terrorist group uses a non-profit organization to fund its activities. IDF spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari stated that Hezbollah's financial arm, Al-Qard Al-Hasan, provides financial services to Lebanese civilians and pays the salaries of Hezbollah operatives. The organization is registered as a charitable non-profit in Lebanon but violates international law by serving as a loan provider for Hezbollah. The IDF also highlighted that Hezbollah generates funds from the Iranian regime and Lebanese people, with money being transferred through various channels including Iranian oil sales in Syria and cash and gold shipments to the Iranian embassy in Beirut. The Israeli official emphasized that the IDF is not at war with the people of Lebanon but is targeting Hezbollah to ensure the safety and security of residents in northern Israel.
