A 17-year-old teenager has been indicted on terrorism charges for allegedly planning an ISIS-inspired attack on the Phoenix Pride Festival. Marvin Jalo is accused of acquiring materials to make an explosive device and expressing his intent online. The indictment states that Jalo's motive was to further the goals of the Islamic State group. He will be tried as an adult on one count of terrorism and one count of conspiracy to commit terrorism.
