The project seeks to create a vast repository reflecting a broad scope of documentation, including oral and written testimonies, video and audio clips, social media posts, and more. The materials come from Israelis as well as Diaspora communities, and the goal is to preserve the full scope of the collective experience. The library is working with other organizations to expand its ability to collect and preserve these materials, and is also seeking contributions from the public through a portal on its website.
