ICC replaces judge mulling request for Netanyahu arrest warrant

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has announced that it will replace the presiding judge, Romanian magistrate Iulia Motoc, on health grounds in the case regarding a prosecution request to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The new judge, Slovenian ICC judge Beti Hohler, will need time to catch up on the filings, further delaying a decision on possible warrants in the case.
