A 26-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly duping over 100 youths of more than Rs 80 lakh by promising them jobs in Israel. The accused set up a fake company offering manpower consultancy services and lured job seekers with enticing monthly salaries. After weeks of waiting and no appointment letters, the victims discovered that the accused had fled with their money and passports. The police have arrested the main accused and are conducting further investigations to apprehend other accomplices.
