Husary allegedly drew an inverted red triangle, a Hamas symbol, on a subway door and berated and threatened a Jewish man who photographed him. The incident took place during protests against the massacre, which were widely criticized as antisemitic. Antisemitic hate crimes have been on the rise in New York City.
