Dutch Police Hold 4 People Over Antisemitic Attacks on Soccer Fans

The police in Amsterdam are holding four suspects in connection with antisemitic attacks on Israeli soccer fans. The attacks occurred during a match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv, and tensions had been building in Amsterdam leading up to the game. Pro-Palestinian protests had been planned, and Israeli fans vandalized a taxi and burned a Palestinian flag. The police deployed 800 officers to maintain order during the match, but there were still confrontations and attacks on Israeli fans. The investigation is ongoing, and the police have asked the public to come forward with any relevant information or images.
