The first cohort of the Restart program, launched by the Kolot organization to foster economic and social resilience in communities, recently graduated in Sderot. The program includes ventures such as a festival project, a therapeutic space with therapy animals, and a holistic health program for women. The cohort consists of 15 residents of Gaza border communities who were supported by Kolot to develop projects in education and welfare. The program was dedicated in memory of Ofir Liebstein, a former Kolot participant who was murdered during the October 7 attacks. The participating entrepreneurs have transformed pain into purposeful action, bringing hope and new life to the Gaza border communities.
