US President-elect Donald Trump has chosen former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe to be the director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Trump also selected William McGinley to be his White House Counsel, praising him as a smart and tenacious lawyer who will support the America First agenda. McGinley previously served as White House cabinet secretary in Trump's first term.
