Two days after the war broke out, the Purple Emergency Center was established to provide emergency assistance to people with disabilities in Israel. The center distributed medications, provided tablets for children on the autism spectrum, helped evacuate people to accessible homes, and brought food to those who were homebound. The Purple Home Front program aims to ensure that no person with disabilities is left behind during emergencies, working with decision-makers, organizations, and associations across the country. The program focuses on building resilience and inclusivity in Israeli society.
