Inside Saudi Arabia's space-age $1BILLION stadium for 2034 World Cup

Work has begun on Saudi Arabia's futuristic Qiddiya City, which will be home to a unique stadium perched 650ft in the air. The stadium, named the Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, will feature a retractable roof, a digital wall, and a pitch that can transform from grass to artificial turf. It will also have a multi-event surface for concerts, drone racing, and Esports. The stadium is set to host matches during the 2034 World Cup, which Saudi Arabia is expected to be awarded.
