A Michelin chef named Tomas Belardi, also known as Tomy Sushi, has opened a specialty Japanese restaurant called Dashi in Netanya, Israel. Belardi, along with chef Daniel and kosher restaurateur Rafael, bring their expertise in Japanese gastronomy and Asian-themed parties to create a high-quality dining experience. The restaurant offers a variety of specialty fish and processes, such as koji and Nikkei fusion with Peruvian elements. Each dish is beautifully presented and warrants its own sauce. Dashi also offers an exclusive omakase dinner, a nine-course tasting menu that showcases the chef's specialties. Reservations are a must at this popular restaurant.
