Amos Hochstein, a top U.S. envoy to the Middle East, arrived in Beirut to push for a truce between Israel and Hezbollah. Hochstein met with Lebanese Parliament speaker Nabih Berri and stated that there is a real opportunity to end the conflict. This comes after Israeli airstrikes in central Beirut and Hezbollah launching rocket and drone attacks at Israel.
