Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera has raised $300 million in a Series D financing round, bringing its valuation to $3 billion. The round was led by Accel and Sapphire Ventures, with participation from other investors. Cyera has doubled its valuation since its previous financing round in April 2024. The company has also recently acquired Trail Security, a database protection startup, for $162 million. Cyera plans to hire 200 more employees by the end of the year.
