A rare fifth-century amulet depicting a Biblical demon slayer has been discovered in Turkey, providing possible evidence for missing scripture about King Solomon's power over evil. The 1,600-year-old bronze pendant features imagery of King Solomon defeating the devil and includes an inscription in ancient Greek. The amulet was found among the ruins of a military structure in the ancient city of Hadrianopolis. The discovery suggests that ancient people believed the stories of King Solomon battling demons to be true.
