A new comic book titled 'We Are Brooklyn: Stories of Hope' has been released, featuring personal narratives from a diverse group of Brooklyn nonprofit professionals who participated in a Jewish Community Relations Council. The comic book showcases stories about an imam's trip to Auschwitz, growing up Jewish in Germany, and other experiences. The project is part of the We Are All Brooklyn Fellowship Against Hate, which aims to combat intolerance and respond to bias-motivated violence. The comic book was created as a community-building project and was illustrated by Brazilian artist Wagner Willian.
