Israel announced that the body of an Israeli-Moldovan rabbi who went missing in the UAE has been found after he was killed in an antisemitic terror incident. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office stated that Israel will seek justice for his death. The Emirati government has not yet acknowledged Kogan's death. Kogan's wife is a U.S. citizen and the niece of a rabbi who was killed in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The Chabad Lubavitch movement described Kogan as an emissary and said he was last seen in Dubai.
