Russia has reportedly recruited hundreds of Yemeni mercenaries to fight in Ukraine, promising high salaries and Russian citizenship. The recruits claim they were press-ganged into the military and sent to the frontlines in Ukraine with little training. Russia has been drawing on support from North Korean troops and mercenaries from India and Nepal to avoid full mobilization.
