What does the truce between Israel and Hezbollah involve and what happens if it's broken?

Israel and Hezbollah have agreed to a ceasefire deal, ending over a year of fighting. The deal involves an initial 60-day halt in fighting, with Hezbollah forces retreating north of the Litani River and Israel withdrawing its forces from Lebanon. The ceasefire will be monitored by an international panel led by the US, along with Lebanese troops and UN peacekeepers. If the agreement is broken, both Israel and Hezbollah reserve the right to retaliate. The US will make another push for a ceasefire and hostage release deal between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
