Newly-released bodycam footage shows the arrest of Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele, a Democratic official, who was charged with a DUI. Steele made inappropriate comments about a male police officer during the arrest. The footage also shows Steele refusing to exit her vehicle and flaunting her status as a government official. She ultimately refused to take a sobriety test and was handcuffed against her will.
