Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has joined Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's legal defense team as they face arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court (ICC) over their response to a terrorist attack. Cuomo, who resigned in 2021 amid harassment allegations, condemned antisemitism and expressed his pride in joining Netanyahu's defense. The ICC charged Netanyahu and his former defense chief with crimes against humanity and war crimes, causing bipartisan outrage in the U.S. Congress. Cuomo is also rumored to be considering a 2025 mayoral run in New York City.
