Israel plans to appeal against the International Criminal Court's recent decision to issue arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant over alleged crimes against humanity in Gaza. The court accused them of war crimes for actions during Israel's war in Gaza, including restricting humanitarian aid and intentionally targeting civilians. Netanyahu and Gallant have condemned the decision and accused the court of bias. Israel also informed the ICC of its intention to appeal and demanded a delay in the implementation of the arrest warrants.
