Separated for decades, Assad's fall spurs hope for families split...

Separated by war and occupation, a group of Druze sisters in the Golan Heights have been reunited with their sister in Syria after 22 years. The Safadi sisters have been using video calls and shouting across the fence to communicate, but since the fall of Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime, they have been able to see each other in person. The Israeli military has pushed through the buffer zone and into Syria, sparking hope for divided families that they might be able to meet again. However, the changes in Syria have also brought pain, as the sisters are so close yet unable to hug each other.
