Four individuals have been given jail terms for their involvement in attacks on Maccabi Tel Aviv fans in Amsterdam. The attacks took place after a football match and involved violence against individuals of Jewish descent and supporters of the team. The perpetrators were found to have participated in various acts of violence, including kicking and hitting victims. One of them was also found to have an illegal explosive in his possession. The court rejected claims that the attacks amounted to terrorism but acknowledged instances of antisemitism in messaging groups.
