Israeli forces killed two Palestinians in a dawn raid on a refugee camp near Tulkarm in the West Bank. A 53-year-old woman was killed by shelling, while an 18-year-old man was shot. The Israeli military claimed it was a 'counter-terrorism' operation and also arrested 18 wanted individuals and confiscated weapons. Bulldozers also demolished infrastructure in the camp.
