A former college football star, high school senior, father-of-two, and young mother are among the 15 victims killed in a terror attack in New Orleans. The attack occurred on New Year's Eve in the French Quarter when a man drove a truck into pedestrians. The victims have been identified as Tiger Bech, Ni'kyra Cheyenne Dedeaux, Reggie Hunter, Nicole Perez, Matthew Tenedorio, Kareem Badawi, and Hubert Gauthreaux. The FBI is investigating the attack as an act of terrorism, and an ISIS flag and weapons were found in the vehicle.
