Poll shows Bennett could lead a party to 26 seats, challenging Likud

A recent poll shows that if former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett were to lead a party in an election, they would earn 26 seats and be able to form a government coalition without the help of Arab parties. The poll also revealed that if Bennett didn't run, the National Unity Party would lose two seats and the Likud would gain one seat. Compared to the previous week's polling, Netanyahu's coalition would gain seats this week, rising to 50 mandates, while the opposition bloc stands at 60. With Bennett's 26 mandates, the opposition bloc under his leadership would total 63 mandates compared to Netanyahu's bloc at 48, enabling the formation of an alternative government without the Arab parties.
