Israel's foreign minister, Gideon Sa'ar, visited Abu Dhabi on Tuesday evening for a meeting with his Emirati counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This is the second public visit by an Israeli minister to the UAE since the start of the war and the first by a foreign minister. The meeting was kept secret until it began and comes after a series of undisclosed high-level meetings between Israeli officials during the conflict.
