The Israel Defense Forces have recovered the body of Israeli hostage Youssef Ziyadne from an underground tunnel in Gaza. Ziyadne was killed after being abducted by Hamas terrorists along with three of his children. The IDF also found evidence related to Ziyadne's son Hamza, raising concerns for his life. Two of Ziyadne's children were previously released after spending over 50 days in Hamas captivity. Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed sorrow and vowed to bring all hostages home. US president-elect Donald Trump warned of dire consequences if the hostages in Gaza are not freed by his inauguration.
