Japan's Kaneka Corporation has acquired 96.8% of shares of Israeli medical device company EndoStream Medical Ltd. (ESM). ESM is developing the Nautilus device for aneurysm treatment. Kaneka plans to jointly develop and manufacture new medical devices with ESM's technology, aiming for sales of over $120 million by 2030.
