IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Amir Baram has announced his resignation from his role. Baram had extended his position at the request of Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi due to the ongoing war. The two main candidates to replace him are Major-General Tamir Yadai or Northern Command Major-General Uri Gordin.
