Students from Kiryat Shmona Hesder Yeshiva in Israel returned to the city to donate blood following a severe shortage. They donated around 70 units of blood, which could save the lives of approximately 210 people. The students have been regular donors at blood drives and have volunteered to support medical response units in the surrounding areas. The blood shortage prompted Magen David Adom to call on the public, especially those with type O blood, to donate blood.
