Three men from the Haifa Bay area in Israel have been indicted for impersonating women, police officers, and the father of a minor in order to blackmail about 60 men on dating sites. The defendants operated fake profiles, engaged in sexual conversations, and attempted to obtain intimate photos fraudulently. They also impersonated police officers and threatened the victims with arrest, as well as impersonating the father of a minor and demanding financial compensation in exchange for dropping a complaint.
