Poland's prime minister, Donald Tusk, has expressed his hope for a 'Breturn' of the UK to the European Union, as he discussed a defence treaty with Sir Keir Starmer. Tusk, who was hosting the prime minister for discussions on a UK-Polish defence pact in Warsaw, said he dreams of a Breturn instead of a Brexit. The Polish premier also mentioned discussing greater cooperation between the UK and the EU. Tusk, who was the president of the European Council during the years that Britain left the EU, said he already missed the UK after the Brexit referendum results were announced.
