Zakaria Zubeidi, former commander of Fatah's Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in Jenin, is one of the 735 terrorists set to be released in a hostage deal. The Justice Ministry published the list following the government's approval of the deal. Zubeidi was involved in the 2021 Gilboa Prison break.
