A gunman shot and killed two judges in Iran's capital, Tehran, who were allegedly involved in the mass execution of dissidents in 1988. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The killings of the judges, Mohammad Mogheiseh and Ali Razini, are a rare attack targeting the judiciary. The attacker, armed with a handgun, also killed himself. Investigations have been launched to identify and arrest the perpetrators of the attack.
