Dozens of people have been injured, some seriously, in a ski lift accident in Spain. The incident took place on a chair lift at the Astún ski resort, leaving at least 30 people injured. The cause of the incident is currently unknown. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez expressed shock and offered support to the injured and their families. Emergency services, including the Spanish Red Cross, are at the scene providing assistance.
