eToro files for Wall Street IPO in Q2 - report

Israeli online trading platform eToro has filed for a Wall Street IPO in the second quarter of 2025, seeking a company valuation of $5 billion, according to 'The Financial Times'. The IPO will be led by Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and UBS. eToro's decision to hold its IPO in New York is seen as a strategic move to broaden its investor base, as most of its revenue is generated in Europe. This is eToro's second attempt to go public, after a failed SPAC merger three years ago. In 2023, eToro reported a net profit of $107 million, but its revenue dropped to $630 million from $1.2 billion in 2021.
