Tel Aviv Municipality has unveiled plans for Carlebach Street, including four buildings facing the street and several 30-floor towers. The municipality is offering existing tenants two options - extending the lease or joining the 'Lot Development Operation' that will give them rights in most of the area. The lease contract for the 6.5-acre lot ends in August 2025, and the municipality is proposing a lease renewal for another 49 years. Rents for the new lease period will vary depending on the building and floor, with prices ranging from NIS 9,900 to NIS 30,950 per square meter per month.
