A teenager has been arrested in Jerusalem after a video emerged of him throwing a kitten from a fifth-floor balcony. The video, which has not been published due to its shocking nature, was shared by Daniel Amram, who previously exposed a man beating a cat to death. According to Amram, the teens found the kitten in the street and took it to an apartment before one of them threw it off the balcony, while his friends laughed.
