An investigation by the BBC has found that mostly civilians died in an IDF attack on a village in Lebanon. The attack, which targeted a building that the IDF claimed was a Hezbollah command center, resulted in the deaths of 73 people. The BBC investigation verified the identities of 68 of the victims and found that only six were linked to Hezbollah's military wing. The remaining 62 victims were civilians, including 23 children. The attack occurred during escalating tensions between Israel and Hezbollah.
