Researchers have deciphered a 2,000-year-old Aramaic inscription on a pottery shard discovered in Israel. The inscription was found at the Alexandrium Fortress in the Jordan Valley and reads: 'Eleazar bar Ger... from Beit Akiman.' Scholars from Bar-Ilan University used advanced imaging technology to analyze and decipher the text.
