Hamas has handed over the last of the three hostages, Keith Siegel, to the Red Cross at Gaza Port. The other two hostages, Yarden Bibas and Ofer Kalderon, were handed over earlier in the day. This exchange is part of a phased exchange of hostages for Palestinian prisoners.
