Australia has imposed sanctions on extreme right-wing online network 'Terrorgram' in an effort to combat antisemitism and online extremism. The move criminalizes engagement with 'Terrorgram' and aims to prevent children from becoming involved in far-right extremism. Offenders will face up to 10 years in jail and heavy fines. The Australian government has also re-listed and sanctioned other right-wing groups, including the National Socialist Order, the Russian Imperial Movement, Sonnenkrieg Division, and The Base. This is the first time Australia has imposed counterterrorism financing sanctions on an entity based entirely online.
