A majority of Israelis support US President Donald Trump's proposal to relocate Gaza's population to other countries, according to a survey by the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI) Israel Index. The survey found that approximately eight out of ten Israelis support the suggestion that 'Arabs from Gaza should relocate to another country,' while most Arab Israelis oppose the proposal. However, 13% of Israelis believe Trump's proposal is 'immoral,' including 54% of Arab respondents and only 3% of Jewish Israelis. The survey also revealed differences in opinion based on political views, with right-wing respondents more likely to support the plan than those in the center or left-wing. The idea of relocating Gaza's Palestinian population, once considered illegitimate, now sees support among Jewish Israelis, with opposition typically based on practicality rather than moral grounds.
