However, despite these grievances, many new immigrants choose to stay in Israel because of the alternative of living abroad amid growing antisemitism. The writer highlights the benefits of living in Israel, such as the protection of the IDF, having a land to call their own, and a nation that stands by its people. Despite the difficulties, the writer believes that living in Israel is a time to be intentional and empowered as Zionists.
