The Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) notified the London Metropolitan Police (Met) about the first London anti-Israel March on October 7, while Hamas was conducting its October 7 Massacre. PSC held weekly protest marches in London and called on the British government to enact an arms embargo against Israel. Over 100,000 people attended the October 14 march to show solidarity with Palestine and demand an end to Israel's occupation and apartheid rule. The Manchester PSC chapter expressed support for the October 7 pogrom, but PSC condemned any acts of deliberate killing of civilians, hostage taking, and collective punishment.
